Wonderful location. House was very clean, well supplied and in a great location. The garage was stocked with boogie boards, sand toys and bikes. We really appreciated the property having a washer and dryer. Host was very quick to answer any questions we had. We would happily stay again!

Everything about my stay was PERFECT! The location, hosts, the home, having my children & grandchildren all together for the first time in over a year = Priceless!
HOME: We stayed in the downstairs unit. 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen, & Double over Double Bunkbeds) & 2 baths.
There’s a charcoal grill on the patio w/ table, chairs & a fire pit. The garage has a washer& dryer, bikes, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. We had people in the upstairs unit for part of our stay & no issue with noise.
Plenty of cook & dish ware.
LOCATION: Perfect! You are steps to the beach.
John & his wife were always quick to respond & answer all of my (100) questions! 😂
RECOMMENDATIONS: If you have the time, I highly recommend riding bikes to the Newport Beach Pier area in the morning. Dorys Deli, coffee, shops, ice cream.
Getty Center in LA, Crystal Cove (my favorite), Laguna. If you want busy & crowds (Santa Monica). Urth Caffe (any location).

the house was awesome! even just having somewhere to park in that neighborhood would get a good review. the house was spacious and comfy. all the TVs had a roku attached and the Wi-Fi was speedy. tons of beach toys available for use and more salt and pepper shakers than I've ever seen outside of a store. the beach was super close and at least the time we were there, not too busy. would definitely rent there again

We had a lovely stay as a family of 5. The walkability to the beach was our favorite part. We enjoyed morning beach walks, a full beach day, and of course lovely sunsets. We enjoyed searching for shells and boogie boarding (rented wetsuits for the kids just down the street). John has the garage full of all the things you need for a successful and comfortable beach day. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. Plenty of pillows and beds were comfortable. Very clean as well.

We had a fabulous stay! Location ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ . Food and shopping all within walking distance. Two parking spaces, 3 beach cruisers, plenty of room inside, two bathrooms, beach toys, What A Place!! Thanks John !😁 Loved it!

It was spacious, had everything we needed, and the best part was it was literally a 1 minute walk to a beautiful peaceful beach. The garage had beach chairs, tons of beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Also had private parking in the garage and driveway. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions.

This is a wonderful discovery, conveniently located near the beach. The house offers ample space and provides a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. Although our visit was brief, we are certainly planning to return to this location in the future.

Very comfortable stay. We really appreciated how clean the home was. The three bedrooms provided plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5. Dedicated parking is a bonus for the neighborhood. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs and toys.
