We had a lovely stay as a family of 5. The walkability to the beach was our favorite part. We enjoyed morning beach walks, a full beach day, and of course lovely sunsets. We enjoyed searching for shells and boogie boarding (rented wetsuits for the kids just down the street). John has the garage full of all the things you need for a successful and comfortable beach day. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. Plenty of pillows and beds were comfortable. Very clean as well.

We had a fabulous stay! Location ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ . Food and shopping all within walking distance. Two parking spaces, 3 beach cruisers, plenty of room inside, two bathrooms, beach toys, What A Place!! Thanks John !😁 Loved it!

It was spacious, had everything we needed, and the best part was it was literally a 1 minute walk to a beautiful peaceful beach. The garage had beach chairs, tons of beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Also had private parking in the garage and driveway. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions.

This is a wonderful discovery, conveniently located near the beach. The house offers ample space and provides a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. Although our visit was brief, we are certainly planning to return to this location in the future.

Very comfortable stay. We really appreciated how clean the home was. The three bedrooms provided plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5. Dedicated parking is a bonus for the neighborhood. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs and toys.

Johns place was the perfect getaway for my birthday, right next to the beach and the included bikes and boggie boards were a great addition. John was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly. When we come back we'd love to stay in the house again.

We had a lovely stay with 2 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved that there were plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, bikes and beach chairs. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook meals. You'll have to bring your own spices and ingredients. You could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around but it wasn't a bother for us. Host was super responsive. We loved our stay!
