This is such a great spot to visit the beach. You are about 200 steps from the front door to sitting on the sand looking out at the beautiful ocean. That makes it easy to run back and forth for snacks, naps, or bathroom breaks. We are near 51st street which puts us just far away from the pier to avoid some of the crowds and traffic that come with the more touristy spots closer to the pier, yet you are close enough to walk or bike ride there for shops or restaurants. We are tucked back into a little neighborhood away from the business and noise that comes with being right on PCH. This property is a downstairs 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. (The property also has a separate 3 bedroom 2 bath upstairs unit. They can be reserved together to accommodate larger groups.) While you do share a garage and driveway, the units are completely separate. You will enjoy your own private entrance, living space and private patio out back. You have 2 reserved parking spaces, one in the garage and one in the large driveway which can easily accommodate larger SUVs. This is a huge benefit with parking being hard to find down there. My favorite thing about this unit is that, because the entrance is set to the back of the property and it is downstairs it is always in the shade. This keeps it very private and very cool with a nice breeze. When you arrive all of the beds will have been made for you, fresh towels in the bathrooms and all the soaps, shampoos and conditioners you will need. The kitchen also comes stocked with all you should need to prepare a meal at home. Overall this is just a great place to make a home base during your beach vacation.

Newport Beach has a noise ordinance after 10pm. If they get called to your location you may be fined $1000. The homes here were built very close together and noise travels, We appreciate you remembering that while you may be on vacation our neighbors are not and may need to be up early for work.
