Each unit has its own private entrance, living and kitchen space as well as patio. While each unit can be rented separately, this listing allows you to rent them together to accommodate larger groups. The upstairs space is large enough for up to 12 people to comfortably hang out together to enjoy a meal, watch a movie or work on a puzzle, but also enough room to spread out for some quiet time or plenty of room to sleep and get ready for the day. This is a great location just about 200 steps from the driveway to sitting in front of the ocean. This makes it easy to go back and forth for snacks, napes or quick potty breaks. We are located near 51st street. It is a quiet neighborhood away from the heavy traffic and tourist crowds, yet just about a miles walk or bike ride to the pier for some shopping or a quick bite at one of the restaurants.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. Newport has quiet hours starting at 10pm. You can get fined $1000 if police are called. Homes are very close together and sound travels. We appreciate you respecting that while you may be on vacation others have to get up early and go to work.
